Thinking activity on Doctor faustus

Que. 1 The play directed by Matthew dunstut for globe theatre end with scene.

Ans: In the last scene of the play directed by Metthew Dunstar for glob theatre end with scene.

The Image of Lucifer with wide wings.
The picture of Lucifer is signify that Lucifer take soul of doctor Faustus than he became very powerful . We can see the wide wing of Lucifer . It signify the power of evil against the god. Also signify the end of the play that evil win against the god .

It also shows that when we doing something wrong against the God and we doesn't repentance it. We leads towards tragic end. In the doctor Faustus Lucifer get more power of evil against the god and get success  after taking soul of Doctor Faustus. It shows the great power against the god.

Que 2.Is God present in the playp? If yes where and how ? If no why?.

Ans : In My opinions god is   present in the Doctor Faustus. Presence of God in Christopher Marlowe's ''tragical history of Doctor Faustus. Christopher Marlowe’s drama, “The Tragical History of Doctor Faustus,” is a story of damnation. It is a story of one man’s desire to attain the power and knowledge he associates with Godhood and thereby become like a God himself.

Que .3  what reading and interpretation can be given the image.

Ans :

This picture is Daedalus and Icarus is Greek mythology . Daedalus was father of  Icarus . Daedalus create gigantic wings uses branches of Asier and connected with wax . He tought Icarus how to fly but told him to keep away from the sun because heat would make the wax melt , destroying the wings.
Although he warned by Daedalus . Icarus was too young too enthusiastic about fly. He ignore the warning by father and reach near the sun and wax was destroyed and melt t and he fall down and drown in the sea .He responsible for his own fall.
The  Doctor Faustus use pride theme in the reference of the image. His pride is the source of damnation . It is refers that pride which goes before fall.
Similarly in the play Doctor Faustus ignore the warning of good angel , good friends, old man and his inner voice . But he ingore the  own soul to Mephistopheles to became more powerful than the god  and get more knowledge . He has "Hubris" means exccesive pride of  knowledge and this leads him towards his own tragic fall.
This play is ignored god by Good character and fall in tragic way.
Que. 4 How do you interpret this picture?
Ans :

At first sight when we see this image, so we can interpret it is about nature. But when we make deeply study or deep obeservaobs of this picture when we come to know about this image is a modern portrayal of the Greek myth Daedalus and Icarau. This painting was painted by Pieter Bruegel the elder, has perfectly minimized a tragic incident . The painting known as landscape with the fall of Icarus. In the painting lower right corner, we can see that a person is drowning in water. He is Icarus, a son of Daedalus . Daedalus gave him waxen wings to fly and also warm him that not to fly higher and higher or near to the sun but he refused it and ignore his father's warning. He goes flying higher and higher than he fall down because of the heat of the sunlight, Icarus loses his waxen wings and fall in the water.
In this painting shows modern values in the modern era , people who around him don't even know that Icarus is drawing in the water. Everyone is busy with their own life and work no one has a time to look at his suffering. This painting is interpret the  myth of a fallen hero.

Que. 5 Reading this article by Bhagat Singh . In light of arguments made by Bhagat Singh in this article  .can you write the last monologue of dr faustus?
Ans : Bhagat Singh
In the last monologue of Doctor Faustus . If we can write last molologue Bhagat Singh point of view so last molologue may be different in the doctor Faustus. If Bhagat Singh's ponit of view in last monologue on Doctor Faustus is that Bhagat Singh said that don't make me wait this long, if you want to take my soul , take immediately don't make me fool and told that at last  time remember your god because I am an athesat .If I remember God at death I would be stupid.

Que. 6  Marlowe and God - tragic theology of Doctor Faustus .
  Ans:
Robert ornstein has present some point of marlowMar play Dr. Faustus. Faustus was not give to think of good angel and bad angel .kno knowledgeable about .Marlo Marl art and Elizabethan culture than were earlier readers we see Dr fuastus  differently. In Marlowe's play hero's defiant, blasphemous choice of black  magic is a splening beginning in doctor Faustus .
Marlowe's god is a deity of power ,not love has been suggested by critics Marlows motive is atheism , faustus despaires because marlow could not image god other than deity of dr. Faustus.
