Here my blog on Patriotism : poem "Desh ek rag hai " . This task is given by professor Dilip Barad sir as Sunday reading task.


    "August is a month of  Kranti" 

In the August lots of festival celebrated. August is month of patriotism. In August we celebrated Independence day . That day is  celebrated as freedom day.

Saadat Hasan Manto : play by Nawazuddin Siddiqui 


           Saadat Hasan Manto is one of South Asia's most celebrated writers. His impact on South Asian literature and his influences is not only  India and Pakistan but also beyond these two countries 


           The short shows Saadat Hasan Manto  lecturing  of students and professors in a university. Manto argues for his right to write freely about any subject as subject is a part of society , our daily  it life and xists in front of our eyes.
                   
          His thoughts on people in the room though most of the listeners seem to agree with Manto. And few people who not agree with Manto. Monta say that why lasbier and gays have not respect like other people. 

           Bigshorts initiative where filmmakers would make short films through a picture of what they think of as 'India Tomorrow'.

Partition a poem by H.W. Auden:


Partition is poem about British servant . He must decide that how to devide land in two partition of India , Muslim and Hindus. Who enemies of each other. The conflict between Hindus and Muslims because British government has not know about India's history.so they go back .

After independence from Britain. India decided in to nation Pakistan and India. Many situations are created between Muslims and Hindus.
people face many difficulties at that time . India's people blame all the Muslims and Muslims are blame to all Hindus . Thats why people are became enemies .


# A country vs nation - state :

   The popular hindi poem " DESK EK RAG HAI" . Written by Bhagat Rawat. In this Poem he put the description of country vs Nation. In this Poem Bhagat Rawat give his Arguments and descussion on the idea  of nation - state. Bhagat Rawat give difference between Rashtra and Desh. According  to Rawat Rashtra is  gun salute . And Desh is a like musical version  or rag thai is sing of unity . That why Bhagat Rawat is  give his idea towards Desh. Desh is appreciate rather than Rashtra.


       Desk ek raag hai’ the rightfully resonated with a lot of people who believe in upholding an alternative kind of nationalism, the kind which is fading away.

Thinking Activity : The Da Vinci code Introduction : The Da Vinci Code is a 2003 mystery-detective fiction novel written by American author Dan Brown.
